Can you give us a little more detail on the problem that you're having? If your using iOS and you go to the library section, can you load an existing table? does it crash or freeze? can you comment a little what you were doing and what was the outcome that didn't happen?

The Sessions folder has the following structure:

Sessions/Name.rtp/

For each set of rtp files you will have to create a subfolder in "Sessions". The Default.rtp is actually a subfolder.

Within the subfolder there are rtp files. Make sure you do not confuse sessions (folders) with rtp files. They have the same extension but are different.

If you copy your rtp files into Sessions/Default.rtp you will be able to load them with the tempo object on the go.

Hello,

It's very easy indeed. Place a tempo object on the table and open the menu. Change the subtype of the object (using the tab with the dial that has four positions on it) and select the icon with the bucket. The tabs will change to a file browser and a bucket.

The bucket will let you change the red, green and blue components of the background color.

The file browser will let you choose an image for the background.

Using these two options allows you to customize your table. When you close the panel you can control the rotation of the background(if you had an image selected) by turning the object, and the transparency of the image with the slider on the right of the object. To go back to tempo simply change the subtype again.

I have the same problem with iPad2 and iPhone5. I had uploaded the created file in reactable to soundcloud for checking the sound, but they don't was any sound to hear. I'm not sure, if I do anithing wrong by the creating the audio sound in reactable.

The Reactable supports the following MIDI protocols:

MIDI realtime sync: as master and as slave
MIDI notes/pitchbend: with the MIDI in object.

In order to use it as master, you have to click the Settings button and go to the MIDI tab. As soon as you enable the "master" toggle it will send MIDI timecode through your MIDI device. You should be able to see it on the device if it has a MIDI traffic indicator.

To use the Reactable in slave mode, tick the "allow slave" toggle button (disable the "master" if you do not want to daisy chain the sync signal). With "allow slave" mode on, the Reactable will lock into any MIDI sync coming from the selected MIDI in device. There is no "stop" messages, which means that if the sync stops the software will be freewheeling at the last bpm selected. With every MIDI start message it will hook into sync again.

Los performances son ficheros que se encuentran dentro de la sección de documentos. Debes buscar los ficheros que tienen el mismo nombre de tu mesa. Por ejemplo:

Si la mesa se llama Mimesa.rtp entonces los performances se llamarían Mimesa(1).rtperf, Mimesa(2).rtperf etc etc dependiendo de cuantos performances haya en la mesa.

Para reproducirlos es necesario tener reactable mobile instalado.

Hello:

The correct way of adding samples to your reactable mobile in iOS is the following:

If you have iTunes, I would reccomend to take this steps

1- Without adding any folders, drag your samples into iTunes file sharing, into your documents

2- Start reactable and go into Setup --->Manage sounds

2.1- If you want to create a Folder structure, look at the bottom left a bar that appears with a button labeled "New directory", click it and give it a name after the dialog pops up. If you want more levels you should repeat this process inside of the newly created folder.

3- Scroll down to the section labeled "Sound files". The files you added through itunes should be there already.

4- Click the "Edit" button ( on the top right corner) and select all the files you want to move to the folder

5- Click the "Move" button and it should scroll to where your folders are. To navigate further down, instead of selecting the name of the folder, click on the blue arrow on the side, until you see the folder where you want to put the samples. When you see it, click on the folder name. Now your samples are inside the selected folder.

If you don't have iTunes, but have a router in your house.

1- Inside Reactable mobile, first go into Settings--> and turn the switch of "Web access" to on.

2- In your computer, put the same URL address that appears.

3- Upload the sounds (this has the disadvantage of having to select them one by one)

From here on follow the steps 2-5 of the process described in the previous section part, since you're already inside reactable.

the area on the bottom area (Dock) is meant to automatically hide when not touched, this in order to leave more free space for interacting with the table. On the other hand, in an upcoming version we are going to offer the option of having the dock on the other edges of the screen.

This should especially be useful on Android where it's not possible to disable the bottom status bar / soft-buttons.

- There is no way to delete objects, you have a standard set of objects to work with, just like the real Reactable

I'm not sure what the steps you're taking to do the audio paste. But if you have something audio copy from another app, you should go to the Manage sounds page (Setup->Manage Sounds) and select "Audio Paste". It should prompt you for a filename, and after you have set one click "OK" to have your sample available for Reactable Mobile.

I tested it on our devices here and it works. Can you tell me what are the steps you're following to get this error?

SOLUTION:

A solution to the problem seems to stop all background processes before starting Reactable mobile on S3 Android. We still have to figure out which service exactly causes the problem.

It seems that you are not the only one with this problem. For what we know so far it occurs on Samsung S3, but on the Samsung S3 which we have for testing the problem does not happen. So maybe there are some devices out there with a slightly different hardware or software version. Or maybe the problem is triggered by a specific setting or by some software running in the background.

In any case, we are working on it, but it is not easy for us to fix as we can not yet reproduce the problem.

Buenos días:

La barra roja que dice "grabando" es cuestión del sistema operativo de iOS. Como nuestra aplicación utiliza la entrada del micrófono del dispositivo, y a partir de la version 2.1.2 es capaz de seguir corriendo aunque esté en segundo plano.

La barra del transportador está pensada para controlar los performances más que el audio dentro de la aplicación. para cerrar la aplicación puedes seguir estos pasos en este link (está en inglés)

En el próximo update habrá la opción de correr la aplicación en segundo plano, dándole mayor control al usuario.

First run the audiobus application.

If you select Reactable Mobile as Input in the Audiobus chain just start the application. The audio output from Reactable will be sent to the next application placed (as an effect or output).
If you select Reactable Mobile as an output port in the Audiobus chain, you need to have the input object (from the dock) active on the table in order to receive audio from another application, otherwise the audio coming from the external application will be muted.

This is because the audio continues playing even when you put the app in the background. If you want to exit the app you just have to double click the home button, long hold on the app and click the remove icon, the same way you exit any other app.

Tenemos un Samsung Note 2 aqui, así que deberia ser facil poder reproducirlo.

If I understand your question correctly probably the default soundfont was deleted. Go in the settings menu and try reinstalling the resources.

Tienes la razón, las funcionalidades de los objetos no están traducidas porque usualmente son términos técnicos que son reconocidos en el ámbito musical. Si te sirve abajo te dejo una lista de los términos que pueden generar confusión:

- Filter = Filtro.

-Oscillator = Oscilador

- Modulator = Modulador

- Loop no tiene una traducción literal, es un trozo de audio.

- Sequencer = Secuenciador.

-Tempo = Tempo.

-Volume = Volumen

-Tonalizer Tampoco tiene una traducción, puede ser traducido un filtro tonal.
